Who runs this site

This site is run by TOUCAN DIGITAL PTY LTD (ABN 81 701 531 393). Any reference to “we” or “us” below means this business.

What we collect

When you fill in the enquiry form, we collect exactly what the form asks for:

• your name
• your business name
• your email address
• a rough budget, if you choose to give one — this field is optional
• whatever you type in the free-text description of what you need help with

We also collect standard website analytics: things like which pages get visited, roughly where visitors are located, and what device or browser they used. This is aggregate information about how the site is used, not a profile built about you personally.

Why we collect it

We use the enquiry form details to reply to you and, if the work is a good fit, to scope and quote it. We use analytics to understand which pages actually bring people to the site, so we know what is working and what to change.

Who else sees it

We do not sell or rent your information. A small number of service providers process it on our behalf, to make the site work:

• Resend delivers the enquiry email from the contact form to our inbox.
• Vercel hosts this website and processes the server logs that come with running it — things like which pages were requested and when.
• PostHog provides the website analytics described above.

These providers may process data on servers outside Australia, because that is where their infrastructure runs. We have chosen providers with a solid reputation for handling data carefully, but we cannot promise where every server physically sits.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Analytics is limited to understanding activity on this site itself.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as they are useful to us — generally while there is an open conversation, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you get back in touch. We do not keep them indefinitely for no reason.

Asking us to delete your information

Email hello@toucandigital.com.au and ask, and we will delete what we hold about you. We will only need to keep something back if we are legally required to.
